CMK Planning is a Brighton and Hove based independent planning practice focused on providing planning consultancy services which include exploration of development and redevelopment potential, planning statements, applications and appeals, Lawful Use Certificates and prior notifications.

We draw on a range of expertise within the built environment sectors including a range of chartered planners (RTPI), skilled architects (RIBA) and conservation specialists.

The small practice prides itself in offering an attentive, bespoke and honest service to clients. Our extensive experience with Local Government allows us to realistically guide you through the planning process whilst fully considering your developments potential and ultimately achieving your permission.
